About Vinyl from Hell
Thanks for visiting Vinyl from Hell. For those of you wondering why I do this and what it’s all about, here’s a brief explanation:
First off, I’m not a serious record collector. One look at the material that I’ve posted should have told you that. I don’t buy records because I think they’ll appreciate in value. I buy them because I enjoy hunting for oddities that you’ll never find on compact disc and for that matter, should never appear on a compact disc. This site is merely a way for me to share some of my finds. It’s strictly a hobby.
Secondly, I’m not a writer. Once again, a quick glance at my postings should verify this point. I’m a computer nerd by trade so the majority of my time is spent in front of a monitor. Interacting with humans and developing social skills isn’t a high priority for the majority of my peeps. If my grammar is poor and my logic seems skewed, you shouldn’t be surprised.
Lastly, My postings sometimes display, or at least attempt, humor. I frequently point out the obvious and I’m not deliberately trying to be mean. There may be times when this might seem to be untrue. If you’re offended by something that I’ve posted, please accept my humble apologies. We all have a different sense of humor and mine is probably odd at best.
